4. Services
OP Centro Tuition reserves the right to change the particulars of the services, including changes to prices, courses and dates of programs where circumstances beyond the control of Op Centro Tuition necessitate such changes or where the level of enrolment does not reach the minimum numbers required to operate a course.

5. Liability
Op Centro Tuition and its staff and representatives will not be liable for loss, damage or injury to persons or property howsoever caused, except where liability is expressly imposed by law.
Op Centro Tuition will not be liable in the event that any service contracted to be supplied by Op Centro Tuition becomes impossible to supply for any reason or any cause outside its control.

6. Copyright
All lessons and any related material supplied by Op Centro Tuition are copyrighted and remain the sole property of Op Centro Tuition. Any unauthorised copying may constitute a breach of the Copyright Act.

7. Personal Information
Each student attending Op Centro Tuition is required to submit personal details which are kept confidential and agrees to advise Op Centro Tuition of any change while enrolled in any course as soon as possible.
Misleading or inaccurate information being provided intentionally may result in enrolment being terminated by Op Centro Tuition and no refund will be provided.
OP Centro Tuition may request its student to provide exam and OP results for statistical and promotional purposes while details of individual students will not be disclosed.
